WINGMASTER PLUS AWARDED DAMAGES FOR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
On June 25, 2004, following a four day trial, a Bergen County jury returned a verdict in favor of Wingmaster Plus Inc. of Norwood, New Jersey and against Technical Products Inc. of Paterson, New Jersey and President Steve Meserlian. The jury found Technical Products Inc. and Steve Meserlian liable for Trademark Infringement, Counterfeiting, Unfair Competition and Unfair Trade Practices and awarded Wingmaster Plus Inc. $75,000 in damages. A counterclaim filed by Technical Products Inc. was dismissed by the jury. Wingmaster Plus Inc. was represented by Luis A.
